No. We hire for personality, reliability, and character first. If you’re patient, positive, and enjoy working with kids, we provide paid training that teaches you everything you need to coach confidently and safely.

What training and certifications will I receive?
All coaches receive paid, hands-on training before leading classes. Training includes first aid, CPR, and AED education, along with our BraveCoach™ development program focused on child development, communication, and emotionally intelligent coaching.
